Paleo Positivity is a website all about helping to connect the public with recipes, services, articles, and paleo positive foods that will help you with your new diet and lifestyle choice.
When I first started my journey on Paleo I was just so lost. I really didn't have much but a small list of things I can eat and was sent on my way. I knew I had to change my life if I wanted a chance to be happy and live pain free.
The worst part was trying to stick to Paleo with the limited list of foods I had. The little resource's and the knowledge. I slowly started to do research and the longer I was on the Paleo diet the more resources I was able to find. The one thing that amazed me was how hard it was.
I started to have friends and family asking me questions as to how I do what I do? Where do I buy certain foods? How do I accomplish such eating style when I am so busy with work? Honestly, I understood thatI had a million and one potential excuses to stop and start eating bad again with all of the how's and why's and where's I was being asked.
Finally, I had some friends suggest that I start a social media page so others could benefit from the information I have gathered. Maybe I could help change someone's life and make it easier for them to do what I did. So, here I am with Paleo Positivity.
